Saratoga Lake death now criminal investigation

Sheriff’s investigators say the death of Ian Gerber on Saratoga Lake Sunday is a criminal investigation.
Authorities say they are waiting for toxicology reports to come back.
They believe they have identified everyone involved.
Police say Gerber died after an incident on the water Sunday.
Investigators were out on the lake Monday.
