Saratoga Springs leaders trying to address Gaffney’s issues

SARATOGA SPRINGS – The city of Saratoga Springs continues to work hard to address concerns surrounding Gaffney’s Restaurant & Bar.

The bar and restaurant is on the corner of Caroline Street and Putnam Street.

NewsChannel 13 has been reporting on the issues surrounding the bar, and a fight earlier this month where three officers were injured and three people were arrested.

NewsChannel 13’s Subrina Dhammi interviewed the Saratoga Springs Public Safety Commissioner Jim Montagnino. He just had a meeting with the owner of Gaffney’s on Monday.

Commissioner Montagnino says while Gaffney’s needs to make some changes, the city also does.
