Saratoga Springs police arrest two men on weapon & drug charges
Saratoga Springs police have arrested two men on weapon and drug charges, while working to locate another suspect.
Police say around 9 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a suspicious vehicle on Lafayette Street just off Henry Street. When making contact with the two occupants, one fled on foot and has yet to be located.
Through an investigation, police have arrested 24-year-old Kyree Graham of Albany and 22-year-old Amir O’Sullivan of Watervliet.
Graham is accused of unlawfully possessing a loaded .38 caliber Firestorm revolver while in the vehicle.
He was arraigned and transported to Saratoga County Jail without bail, as well on an outstanding parole warrant.
O’Sullivan is accused of approaching officers at the scene and physically interfered with their work. When placed under arrest, he was found possessing just under 4 grams of MDMA, according to police.
He was arraigned and released.
