Saratoga Springs police seek pair in assault investigation

Saratoga Springs police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people in connection to an assault that happened on Caroline Street on July 25, 2021.
They said they understand it’s not a high quality photo, but they’ve exhausted all other leads.
