Saratoga Springs woman charged with burglary at Wilton apartment building

A Saratoga Springs woman is accused in a burglary to the office building of the Paddock Apartments in Wilton.
Kayla Kelsey, 27, is under arrest. The Saratoga County Sheriff Office says she stole items and damaged property.
Kelsey was arraigned, and is due back in court at a later date.
