Scaled back Adirondack Balloon Festival returning to Warren County

The Adirondack Balloon Festival is returning to Warren County September 23 through the September 26. However, there will be some changes.

Organizers say this year will be a brand-new format, which will include a new event at East Field in Glens Falls, multiple launch sites throughout Warren and Washington counties, and a drive-through moonglow.

There will also be 50 balloons instead of 100, and as always, the event is free.

It’s the 48th year for the festival.
