Schenectady man accused of raping 11-year-old child

A Schenectady man is accused of raping an 11-year-old child in Rensselaer County.
The investigation began in December 2020. Derrick Osorio, 30, was arrested on Thursday.
He now faces several charges, including predatory sexual assault, rape and child endangerment.
Investigators say they are not releasing any other details right now.
