Several DAs across NY now investigating Cuomo

At least five district attorneys across New York state are opening up their own investigations into Gov. Cuomo. It comes after Attorney General Letitia James’ report Tuesday that Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women.

Prosecutors in Albany, Nassau, Oswego, Manhattan and Westchester are now all asking for James’ records.

While James said there would be no criminal referral from her office, local police and prosecutors can still build their own cases.

Cuomo continues to fight the sexual harassment claims, even as support from both parties quickly dries up and the Assembly Judiciary Committee wraps up its impeachment investigation.
