Sheriff: Propane may have caused deadly Berne house explosion

BERNE – Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple tells NewsChannel 13 he is still "leaning heavily towards" a propane explosion being the cause of a deadly house explosion in Berne last Friday.
However, he says other elements may have also contributed to the tragedy.
Victor Porlier, 83, and Lois Porlier, 72, were killed in the explosion.
Items from the house were recently being sent to a lab for analysis.
