Some charges have been dropped against the leader of Saratoga Black Lives Matter.

Lexis Figuereo appeared in Albany Criminal Court Friday morning. He was facing charges connected to a protest last year outside Albany Police’s South Station.

In court Friday, several of those charges were thrown out. Some charges connected to the incident remain in place for now.

NewsChannel 13 reached out to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office for comment on the court action, but have not heard back.
