South High Marathon Dance returning to Great Escape for second year

The South High Marathon Dance will once again be held at Six Flags Great Escape.
The 45th annual event is scheduled for Friday, May 13.
It had been held in the gym at the South Glens Falls Senior High School for its first 43 years. However, the pandemic made that impossible last year. So the Great Escape stepped up.
Last year’s dance raised more than $506,000 for 24 charitable organizations, individuals and families.
