St. Peter’s Health Partners reinstating COVID visitation restrictions

Citing rising COVID numbers, St. Peter’s Health Partners limiting visitors again.

They say the CDC considers Albany and Rensselaer counties to have "high" transmission.

Starting Monday, April 25, hospital visitation will be limited to one unique visitor per day – with some compassionate exceptions.

Any patients scheduled for a procedure must also get a COVID test three days in advance.

Anyone at high-risk for severe illness is encouraged to not visit.

Face masks are required.
