NXIVM co-founder Nancy Salzman has had the start of her jail time delayed.
The Times Union reports Salzman was scheduled to report to a federal prison camp in West Virginia next week, but will now start serving her time on February 21. A judge approved the request from Salzman’s attorney, who highlighted a COVID-19 outbreak at the facility.
Salzman was sentenced to three and a half years behind bars after pleading guilty to racketeering conspiracy in 2019.
