State police say a man driving drunk Saturday in Colonie was more than three times over the legal limit.
Michael Fedullo, 30, was arrested after being stopped on Route 7.
Police say Fedullo had a BAC of 0.28%. The legal limit is 0.08%.
Fedullo is due in court on July 28.
