Health & Fitness Expo leads up to Freihofer’s Run for Women

ALBANY – Friday marked day 2 of the Health and Fitness Expo at the Armory at the Russell Sage College in Albany.
The event is ahead of Saturday’s Freihofer’s Run for Women.
More than 2,500 women will be running and walking Saturday morning.
The 5K steps off at 9 a.m., followed by kids’ run at 11 a.m.
Organizers say the event, now in its 44th year, brings the community together.
