Do you take a lot of naps during the day? A new study finds that could be a problem.

Scientists tracked sleep data in patients for two weeks.

Researchers found older adults who napped at least once a day or more than an hour a day were 40% more likely to develop Alzheimer’s.

The results bolster the findings of a previous study that found napping two hours a day raised the risk of cognitive impairment.
