Survey: New York, Massachusetts bridges in need of repair

The Transportation Research Board (TRIP) found that 7% of interstate highway bridges in Massachusetts are structurally deficient. That’s the fourth-highest percentage in the country.
New York came in just behind them in fifth with 6%.
