QUEENSBURY – State police say one man broke into another person’s home in Queensbury, and both of them ended up arrested.

It happened last Friday afternoon.

State police responded to the area of Carey Road for a report of a man chased by a man with a weapon.

Police say 42-year-old David Breault forced himself into a home on Corinth Road. He allegedly hit the homeowner, 64-year-old Norman

Perry, in the head with a pistol. Police say the men knew each other.

They say Breault ran from the home while being chased by Perry, armed with a crowbar and a large knife. Police arrested Breault.

While officers were at Perry’s house investigating, they found a muzzleloader and crack cocaine. Perry was taken into custody for that.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office also arrested Perry.

Deputies say in his home, they found more than 49 grams of crack cocaine – which he had allegedly been selling.

Breault was sent to the Warren County Jail.
