ALBANY – A bomb threat at the Empire State Plaza Thursday morning led to evacuations, and shut down traffic.

State police say they responded around 6:30 a.m. for a threat at a daycare in the Swan Street building.

The specific details of the threat are not known.

Troopers used a K-9 to sweep the area, and they determined the area was all clear.

The building was reopened at 8:30, and the daycare reopened at noon.
