Syracuse man accused of burglarizing Montgomery County restaurant

A Syracuse man is facing charges from a burglary at a restaurant in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says Phillip Deon Jackson broke into the Ripepi’s Restaurant in St. Johnsville, and stole the ATM.
Police also say Jackson was driving a stolen vehicle.
He was arraigned and sent to the Montgomery County Jail.
