CLIFTON PARK – Another truck is stuck under a local bridge in our region because it’s too tall. This time, a truck got wedged under the railroad bridge on Charlton Road in Clifton Park.

The highway superintendent tells NewsChannel 13 that despite several warning signs, this is the fourth time in three months a truck has gotten stuck under that bridge.

State police were helping to move the disabled truck. The highway department told NewsChannel 13 mid-afternoon that the truck was still there, and it would be a few more hours.

There are several signs on both sides of the bridge showing its 10-foot height.

The highway superintendent says the truck was carrying goods to Plug Power.

This comes on the same day a truck crashed into a bridge in Slingerlands.
