Trio arrested in Albany shooting

Albany police have made three arrests in a Wednesday evening shooting.

It happened on Livingston Avenue near Ontario and Terminal streets.

Elijah Moses, 27, and Demetries Smith, 33, are charged with attempted murder. Kashawn Smith, 44, of Troy is charged with criminal facilitation.

Police also seized two guns in the investigation.

The 44-year-old victim is expected to survive.

Smith is also a parolee, charged in an Oct. 6 shooting on North Swan Street. The 33-year-old victim there survived.
