Troy considers building new skate park

TROY – The city of Troy could be home to a brand new skate park.
The city says there will be a public meeting to discuss the possibility of commissioning a new skate park beneath the Hoosick Street Bridge.
The public meeting is set for the River Street Market on Wednesday, May 18, at 6 p.m.
Feedback is wanted from residents and local skaters. The meeting will be in person and streamed online via Zoom.
