Troy police warn of bear sightings

Police in Troy say there have been several bear sightings in the Collar City.
They say a bear was spotted on Gurley Avenue by the bike trail, and also on 125th Street.
They want to remind residents to take down their bird feeders and put them away until December, keep garbage inside until the morning it will be collected with a secure lid, and do not feed pets outside or leave food outside.
