Twenty-nine new US citizens welcomed in Union College ceremony

SCHENECTADY – Twenty-nine people became new United States citizens on Friday.
A ceremony was held at Union College in Schenectady.
It’s the first time Union has hosted a naturalization ceremony since 2005.
It’s the first ceremony like this held indoors since the start of COVID.
The 29 new citizens are from 13 different countries.
