Two-car accident shuts down Interstate 787
A two-car accident that happened just before 8 a.m. Sunday shut down all three lanes on the southbound side of Interstate 787.
The accident happened just south of Exit 8.
State Police say one person was taken to Albany Medical Center and their condition is unknown.
The traffic was eventually allowed to pass by using the right lane and shoulder.
The cause is still under investigation.
