UAlbany & Siena announce renewal of Albany Cup game for three years

Together the UAlbany and Siena men’s basketball teams announced the renewal of the Albany Cup game for the next three seasons. The announcement was made in a joint press conference on Tuesday afternoon at 677 Prime in downtown Albany. Athletic directors Mark Benson and John D’Argenio were joined by head coaches Dwayne Killings and Carmen Maciariello. Next season will be a neutral site game at MVP Arena. 2023 will be played at SEFCU Arena for a UAlbany home game followed by a Siena home game at MVP Arena in 2024. The Saints own a 10-7 lead in the series.
