UAlbany men’s basketball gets home win over UMass Lowell, 57-47

UAlbany trailed by as much as 10 early in the second half before rallying for the 10 point win. Paul Newman scored 12 points and added 16 recounds, 11 offensive, to lead the Great Danes.
Matt Cerutti returned to SEFCU Arena after time spent away from the team for a 12-point spark off the bench effort. The 57-47 win records Head Coach Dwayne Killings first league win as head coach. The Great Danes return to SEFCU Arena on Saturday, when they host NJIT in a 4 PM tip off.
