Vermont lifting all pandemic restrictions

Vermont is the first state to vaccinate 80% of its eligible population.

Gov. Phil Scott said effective immediately, he is lifting all remaining COVID-19 restrictions.

He says while the work to fight continues, Vermonters should be proud of what they’ve done.
