Warren County man accused of driving drunk with kids in the car

A Warren County man is accused of driving nearly three times over the legal alcohol limit, with three children in the car.
State police say 36-year-old Kolby Semon was stopped around 11 a.m. on Saturday, on Main Street, in Warrensburg.
Police say they could smell alcohol coming from inside the car. They say he had a BAC of .23%.
Semon was charged with three counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, under Leandra’s Law.
