Waterford police arrest Troy man on grand larceny charges

A Troy man is facing charges, accused of committing several larcenies in the town of Waterford.
Police arrested 51-year-old Donald Gilbert.
They say he committed the larcenies in the town of Waterford on March 12. Police say Gilbert has a lengthy criminal history that includes seven felony convictions.
He is being held in the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
