Watervliet doctor pleads guilty to tax fraud

Ehab Kodsi, a local doctor from Watervliet pled guilty to filing a false tax return and deliberately under-reporting his income from 2015 to 2018 on Wednesday. Kodsi owns a pain management clinic in Queensbury.
He is also a partner in a real estate company that owns several properties.
The IRS said Kodsi failed to report more than $800,000 in income. He faces up to three years in prison when he’s sentenced in September.
