Watervliet school superintendent retiring

WATERVLIET – The school superintendent in Watervliet is retiring after 30 years in education.
Dr. Lori Caplan is leaving at the end of the week.
She’s been with Watervliet for 16 years, 10 as superintendent.
Caplan says she’s leaving the district in good hands with her successor, Assistant Superintendent Don Stevens.
