NewsChannel 13 salutes Army E-4 Arthur Gibbs Jr. of Hudson Falls.
He joined the Army at the age of 19 and was part of the 98th Transportation Detachment during the Vietnam War.
He was also a Crew Chief in the Army Air Corp, working on helicopters.
In addition, he worked at GE.
