We Salute You: Carol Spencer

NewsChannel 13 salutes Air National Guard Senior Airman Carol Spencer of Canajoharie.

She joined the Marine Corps right out of high school and was later a security guard in the New York Air National Guard at the Schenectady County Airport.

She passed away in 2019.
