NewsChannel 13 salutes Army Lt. Colonel Donald Rogan of Albany.
The father and grandfather served two tours in Vietnam as an interpreter for the Army. He was awarded a Bronze Star for meritorious service.
He later served at various bases in the United States and Panama, and later worked at the Pentagon.
