NewsChannel 13 salutes Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Edward Lange of Albany.
He postponed college in the mid-1940s to serve in the U.S. Navy.
He was later the first athlete inducted into the Siena Hall of Fame.
He passed away in 1976.
