NewsChannel 13 salutes Army Air Corps Private Homer Kerr of Schenectady.

The father and grandfather served in World War II, including time in Central Europe and Northern France.

Later, he worked for General Electric.

At 100 years old, he has been married to his wife, Shirley, for 65 years.
