NewsChannel 13 salutes Air Force Sergeant Howard Myers of Rensselaer.
He served in Vietnam during the 1960s, and was overseas when his first child was born.
His brother, Richard, who was a Navy Seabee, went to Vietnam so Howard could come home and be with his wife and kid.
