NewsChannel 13 salutes Army Captain James Bulger of Albany.
He fought in five campaigns in World War II, including the Battle of the Bulge and Normandy.
He retired as a Major in 1961, and ran the Washington Avenue Armory and the New Scotland Avenue Armory.
He passed away in 1987.
