We Salute You: Robert Damberg

NewsChannel 13 salutes Navy Seaman Second Class Robert Damberg of Schenectady.

He worked for GE before the Navy, and was seriously injured in an explosion at Norfolk Naval Base in the 1940s.

Later, he was a teacher and administrator in the Schenectady School District.

He passed away in 2011.
