Winning design for reusable shopping bags announced in Albany County

Albany County Executive Dan McCoy announced the winner of his design competition for reusable shopping bags.
Congratulations to Uriah, a student at the Langan School at the Center for Disability Services in Albany.
Her design was selected from several submitted by the school.
The goal of the competition is to encourage the public to reduce, reuse and recycle.
The bags are available for free at the Albany County Office Building on State Street while supplies last.
