A woman from Albany is facing charges, after she allegedly hit a state trooper car while driving drunk.
State police tell NewsChannel 13 the trooper car was stopped at the traffic light on Vischer Ferry Road at Crescent Road in the town of Halfmoon, when it was struck from behind by a car driven by Allison Bechtold.
No one was hurt.
While speaking with Bechtold, troopers say they could smell alcohol.
She was taken to the Clifton Park headquarters, where troopers say she gave a breath sample with a .19% BAC – more than twice the legal limit.
