Congratulations to senior Carly Wise who is the number four pick on our NewsChannel 13/Rensselaer Honda girls high school basketball all-star team. Wise is averaging 20 points, 10 rebounds, and four blocks per game. She will be heading to Clemson to play lacrosse.
