First-ever Disability Baseball Day held in Schenectady

Schenectady held a Disability Baseball Day for the first time on Wednesday morning.

The event was open to ballplayers of all ages and cognitive abilities.

It was organized by Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara. The assemblyman is a father to a son with autism and has previously worked with the Amsterdam Mohawks Baseball Team to promote inclusivity for all who enjoy the game.
