Former #1 NewsChannel 13 All-Star and Hudson Falls grad Peyton Smith has committed to Fairfield University where he will play Division I basketball this fall. Smith led the Tigers to the Class A sectional semifinals this past season and left with more than 1,000 career points. The 6 foot 10 inch forward originally planned to go to prep school for a year, but got multiple Division I offers after a phenomenal summer performance.
