Rensselaer Honda Game of the Week – CBA vs Shaker

Our Rensselaer Honda Game of the Week was an absolute classic between defending Class AA champion CBA and Shaker. Brothers’ junior quarterback Donald Jones had 3 rushing touchdowns in the first half alone to give CBA a 21-7 lead at the half. The Blue Bison made huge adjustments at the half and tied it at 21 and then again at 28 to force overtime. In OT, Jones hit Chuck Volans to put CBA in front 35-27. Shaker answered with a rushing touchdown by quarterback Jake Iacobaccio, but the Brothers stopped the Blue Bison on the two-point conversion attempt to win the game 35-34.
