Athlete of the Week: Madelyn Avery – FMCC

Madelyn Avery set herself apart from FMCC student-athletes. The Raiders volleyball team won the regional championship and appeared in in the NJCAA National Volleyball Tournament. Much of that success came from the effort and leadership of Avery, who became the first to earn All-American honors in school history. With the grades to get her into the schools academic honor society and campus involvement working in the fitness center, Avery is the do-it-all student-athlete.
