Albany bike shop closing after 50 years

The owners of Downtube Bicycle Works in Albany say they'll be closing at the end of the month.

An Albany business will be closing after 50 years. 

The Downtube Bicycle Works will be closing at the end of the month.

The news of its closure came Wednesday morning from Robert Fullem, the store’s founder and owner.

The business says they’ll have sales this Friday, March 8 and Saturday, March 9.
