Albany block party to honor active military, veterans

Celebrate those who serve our country with a free block party in Albany this Saturday.

NewsChannel 13 is a proud sponsor of the “Red White and Brew” festival. The first-time event is a block party honoring active military and veterans.

It will offer live music, vendor booths, craft beers, and other activities.

Local country band favorite Skeeter Creek will kick off the day.

Soldier and singer Craig Morgan will headline the event, with special guest Darryl Worley.

The event kicks off at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, in front of MVP Arena.
